3. In-Person Booking: Stop by the facility and make a reservation directly at the front desk, where our staff will help you choose the best time for your game.

We recommend booking early, especially during peak hours or weekends, as courts are subject to availability and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation of your reservation will be provided upon completion of the booking process.

The facility is for pickleball use only; other activities must be pre-approved by management.

• No food, beverages (except water), or glass containers are allowed on the courts.
  
  
• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Damage to the facility or equipment due to negligence may result in charges for repairs or replacements.
  

Once a court reservation has been made, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and maximize court availability for all players.

Please double-check your schedule and ensure your availability before confirming your booking, as no changes, refunds, or adjustments will be permitted after the reservation is finalized. This includes but is not limited to:

• Changes to the date or time of the booking.
• Switching the reservation to another person or group.
• Refund requests for unused or missed bookings.
